I am an international student who will begin my first year at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences this coming academic year. I am currently looking for a quiet, clean, and safe place to stay during my studies, and your room listing fits my needs very well. I am responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces and house rules. Since I will be new to the Netherlands, having a comfortable and stable living environment is very important to me.
