Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Joshua, and I have a keen interest in renting the room located on the listed address in Rotterdam. I am currently living in India. From the 1st of August 2023, I will be studying Masters in Supply Chain Management at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, which is why I am looking for a new home in Rotterdam.

I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, I would be spending most of time at the university for research and learning at home as my curriculum demands large number of learning hours every day. I like my home to be a peaceful place and that’s the reason I am looking for a room with single occupancy with shared amenities.
