This fully furnished apartment is located at Graaf Balderikstraat. Currently, there are two bedrooms however after the renovation of the living room one more bedroom will be added. It will take you just a 10 minutes metro ride to reach the main station. The apartment is very well located so that different facilities such as grocery stores, gym, and small restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment.

The Apartment:
This fully furnished apartment is located at Graaf Balderikstraat in Rotterdam North. The apartment is shared with two other people and has several shared areas, such as the kitchen, the bathroom and the restroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and other facilities, such as a large fridge and a stove. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the bathroom which is fully tiled and includes a shower and a washbasin. Here, a washing machine is available for your use.
• A shopping center is located at 5 minutes walking
• The Erasmus University is only 15 minutes cycling
• In 3 minutes by car, you are on the highway.
• The common areas will be cleaned monthly by a professional cleaner

Payments:
Rent: Advertised rent is including furniture and service cost
Service cost: €135 per month
Security deposit: equal to one month’s rent including service cost

Every bedroom is suitable for one person
Registration is POSSIBLE

Even though we love puppies and kittens, it's not possible to have animals in the accommodation

Co-living contract:
This means you will collectively rent the full apartment with 3 persons. You all will be on the same contract, which is maximum 2 years. This enables you and your housemates to decide who your next housemate should be. It also gives you the freedom to move whenever you want when you or your housemates find someone to replace you.

Check-in/Check-outs:
Check-in/check-out appointments can be carried out from Monday till Friday between 10 AM & 5 PM and Friday till 4 PM. Normally, it is not possible to check-in on weekends or on commonly recognised public holidays in the Netherlands.
