Marco is looking for: A Room / Studio / Apartment in Rotterdam

My name is Marco, I am 36, I come from Padua (Italy), I am a jazz double-bass player and I will attend the Codarts Academy in Rotterdam from September 2016 to end of January 2017. I am desperately looking for an accommodation (max budget 400-450), preferably not too far from the Euromast and in a large room (>10sqm) with a large bed so that i can keep my instrument there and, if I have to practice, doing it without bothering anyone (I'm rather quite by the way); anyway I could consider different offers. I am neat and tidy, and a smoker too, but I would not mind smoking outside if necessary. I'm already in Rotterdam, I arrived on August 31, since then I am staying in a temporary accomodation, to grant me time to see in person some rooms for rent for the long term. So far I have not been very lucky, any help would be really appreciated.
