My name is Stefan Maas, and I'm writing on behalf of myself and my partner Jana Pannewig. 
We're looking for a long-term home in Rotterdam to pursue studies at Codarts while continuing to follow our professional passions.
After reviewing your property details and the neighborhood, we are very interested in your apartment and feel that it could be a great fit for us. 

Before moving, we both completed our teaching degrees with Physical Education as one of our subjects. Jana also studied Mathematics, and I studied Mechanical Engineering as my second subject. Most recently, I worked as a researcher in the field of neuromotor control and training at the University of Münster and want to continue following my passion in this field.
We currently live together in an apartment in Münster, Germany, have been reliable renters, always paying on time.

We're stable, committed to our rent obligations, and have the financial backing to ensure security. 

Financial:
- Monthly income: €2,500 gross (both working part-time during studies)
- Savings: €25,000
- Combined guarantor income: €20,000/month gross (parental financial support, permanent backing)

About us:
- Household: 2 people (Stefan and Jana, couple, no children or pets)
- Move-in: Next month, long-term
- Background: Both hold Master's degrees; Stefan in Mechanical Engineering and Physical Education, Jana in Mathematics and Physical Education
- Languages: English, German, and we are currently learning Dutch
