Stefania is looking for: A Room in Rotterdam

Hi! My name is Stefania, I am 36 years old and I come from Greece. In August I will move to Rotterdam to start my Master of Fine Arts at Piet Zwart Institute. I am currently looking for a long-term room with registration, ideally for at least one year and possibly longer if everything goes well.

I am a calm, respectful and tidy person. I like keeping my space clean, cosy and organized, and I really appreciate a comfortable and friendly home environment. Most of the time at home I enjoy relaxing, working on my art projects or studying. I have previous experience living with roommates and I am very comfortable with shared living and respecting shared spaces.

I enjoy living with other people and I think having roommates can make the experience of moving to a new city feel safer and smoother. I like a friendly atmosphere at home where people respect each other’s space but can also enjoy small everyday moments together, like chatting in the kitchen or having coffee.

I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets, but I am completely okay with living in a home with pets in the shared spaces.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy exploring the city, visiting museums, discovering interesting places, fashion, music and walking around different neighborhoods of the city.
