Room for rent: no longer available Hooidrift in Rotterdam

Dear new renter,

I will leave my room for almost 6 months during my exchange period.

You will share the three-floor apartment with 5 other girls, the kitchen you will share with only 2 and the bathroom with only 1. Next to that the house comes with a shared rooftop terrace which is perfect. The apartment is just 10 minutes away from the city Centre (both by bike as by public transport).
The room will stay furnished and registration is not possible.
The rent is 375 euros, including rent, gas, water, light, internet, TV and all the kitchen equipment + washing machine.

Beste nieuwe huurder,

Je komt te wonen een appartement van drie verdiepingen die je deelt met vijf meiden, de keuken deel je met twee en de badkamer zelf maar met een. Daarnaast beschikt het huis over een dak terras. Het huis is slechts 10 minuten verwijderd van het centrum (zowel met de fiets als met OV).
De kamer zal hoogstwaarschijnlijk gemeubileerd verhuurd worden en registratie is helaas niet mogelijk.
De huur van 375 is inclusies GWL, internet, TV, de keukenapparaten en de wasmachine.
